Mijn eerste order viel wat tegen, doordat de "goud"verf (zandkleur eigenlijk) niet zo duidelijk gedrukt stond en het resultaat dus moeilijker leesbaar was. Na een ontgoocheld mailtje werd ik meteen opgebeld en stuurde iemand van label en co me per foto enkele alternatieve voorstellen door. Zo zag ik meteen het werkelijke resultaat (want de label preview geeft geen waarheidsgetrouw beeld, wat ook wel te begrijpen is) en kon ik kiezen welk alternatief ik beter werken vond. Met de witte inkt is alles veel leesbaarder en nu heeft label en co er een heel tevreden klant bij. Top service dus!
